I am sooooo glad that I don't have this "ohfuckwhatthehellishedoingsonofabitch" look on my face. I look really happy, and that's not a bad
thing.
Here's a funny story: Jen and Matt Deepintheghetto had a bet. Jen bet that I kept my cool and had a groovy chat with the band, and Matt bet that I lost all my cool points and acted like a moron. I told Jen I thought it was a split decision, in that I totally dorked out with three, but managed to have a decent conversation with the bassgod. But, I told her that the flag picture could provide concrete evidence of the lack of coolness. I am proud to say that the picture does not provide said evidence. While I look happy, there's no indication of total lack of cool points. Tiebreaker to Jen! I'm just really happy that I asked for what I wanted. I asked for a picture with the flag. I asked if the flag made it into the picture and I asked for the picture. This is major for me and I just have to say again, Thanks Lisa. Homegirl's got my back; literally!
