I am going to the Chicago concert next Wednesday. My brother Kerry, who lives outside Chicago, called me yesterday to tell me something very interesting. He said Duran Duran are going to be at the Cubs game the night before and will be throwing out the first pitch. (I am not quite sure how 5 guys will throw out one ball, but hey -whatever works!). Anyway, Kerry writes for the Sporting News and will be working the game that night. He said there is a chance if they don't leave right after the first pitch, the guys may be up in the press box getting interviewed. And HE WILL BE IN THE PRESS BOX TOO!!!! So, I said, "Kerry, could you ask for their autograph for your favorite, AND ONLY, sister?" He said, "Renee, there are rules about asking for autographs from players, you just don't do it." I was like, " They aren't baseball players, they are DD." He said, "I don't know." AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! What good is he to me?!?!?! ha!

Anyway, I just wanted to share that with you all. My sister-in-law tried to win this contest on the radio there for me to win to go backstage, but no go on that either. Oh well..............
