I went to the Vegas gigs at The Joint in 2005!
Just one word of advice in case you were thinking of VIP-ing it Jill. When I went there there were over 200
VIPs (far too many for such a small venue) It was a standing gig and extremely squashed. Some VIPs were 6 or 7 rows back. They let us in on a lottery basis -
when we checked in to the pre-show reception we had to pull a number out of a hat and they let us in in that order. Luckily my friend got 14 so we had the
front row (John side!  ) but many peeps very VERY unhappy. Also they only had 1 M&G winner!

I love The Joint in Vegas! It's small and intimate...plus it's crazy fun. I saw Poison there in 2003.

OH NO!!! I just went on DD.com to sign up and it said you have to be member for 60 days before you can have priority presale!!! Help!!! What should I do? I read the tickets go on sale tomorrow and something w/the Citi card thing about presale. Can I get tickets on my own presale tomorrow or do I have to have that Citicard and/or belong to DD.com. Sorry for all the questions, but I want to get the best seats possible - like everyone else. I am going to make my ass get out of bed 30 minutes earlier tomorrow so I can check back w/you guys!!! I am being a total spaz right now, I don't know how I am going to go to sleep!!!!!! |

theotherrenee there is a Citi card presale so if you have one of those cards, and there are a lot of variations of citi cards. I use my Sears Mastercard, which is issued by Citi bank for all my presale needs. It was a life saver for The Police shows. |

ddm'ers who do VIP so I hope they will be somewhat nice to me....ahhahaha 
while I love being front row, ehhh I'm not hardcore where I will 'fight' for it.
